How to Check CNIC Status Online
- Through 8171 Web Portal
Visit the official site: https://8171.bisp.gov.pk
Enter your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes).
Type the captcha code shown on the screen.
Click on Check Status.
Instantly, your eligibility status will be displayed.
- Through SMS Service
Open the SMS option on your mobile.
Type your CNIC number.
Send it to 8171.
You will receive a reply with your status update.
- Through Validation Portal
Visit 8171validation.bisp.gov.pk.
Enter CNIC and captcha.
Verify using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Get your updated status and verification details.
